Advantages of having employees dress formally for the office


The trend toward dressing casually in the office may have run its course. More and more businesses are deciding that efforts to enforce a prom dress code are too taxing. Everyone has a different interpretation of “casual,” and the attire can run the gamut from sport jacket, as opposed to a three piece suit, to jeans and flip flops.
